Rooted in Learning and Growth

Life feels lighter when you have caring support by your side.

A native of Belize, a small country geographically located in Central America, rooted in history with the Caribbean and a true melting pot of cultures, my professional journey began there where I worked in education and curriculum coordination for fourteen years before moving to Germany. Here I continue teaching primary school students in international schools, young adults completing bachelor education and supporting teams and taking on leadership roles. Alongside my work, I was also building a life between cultures, raising a bilingual family with two boys and learning what it means to feel rooted in more than one place.

Over the years, I began to recognise that the moments I found most meaningful were not always the ones in which I was teaching, leading or providing answers. They were the moments when someone was able to slow down, hear themselves more clearly and begin to understand what was really going on.

That is what led me to coaching.

Coaching allows me to create that kind of space with care, structure and respect for each person’s own process. It is not about telling someone what to do. It is about helping them recognise what matters, understand what may be holding them back and begin making meaningful progress.

My journals grew from the same understanding. Some of the most important reflection does not happen in conversation. It happens in the thoughts we return to, the memories that stay with us and the pieces of life that continue to carry meaning.

What drives me now is creating opportunities for people to pause, reflect and move towards what matters, whether that happens in a coaching session, a classroom or quietly on the page.
